Meet Physician Assistant Jessica Mccarry, PA-C
Gayoso Plastic Surgery is honored to have working for us one of the Tampa Bay Area’s most talented Physician Assistant, Jessica McCarry. Jessica joined Gayoso Plastic Surgery in October 2015 and has quickly become a sought after aesthetic provider in the bay area. She completed her undergraduate education at the University of Florida and, after working for several years in public relations, realized she had a strong desire to impact people directly and positively. So, she returned to school and completed her training with honors as a Physician Assistant thru Nova Southeastern University. While at Nova, she was awarded membership in Pi Alpha, a faculty-awarded national honors society for Physician Assistants.
During her tenure with our office, she has worked closely with Dr. Gayoso as his surgical assistant for more than 2 years before transitioning full time to our aesthetic injector and laser provider. She has been carefully chosen to be a national trainer for Allergan Aesthetics, which enables her to teach MD, PA and ARNP injectors aesthetic and safety technique. Jessica is the creator of the Tampa Bay Aesthetic Provider Society, which allows bay area aesthetic providers to collaborate on treatment techniques, safety standards and patient care.
Jessica possesses a sunny disposition and positive outlook, coupled with extraordinary people skills that help her to connect with patients and peers. She believes in leadership thru collaboration, allowing her to lift her peers and help them to be successful as well. She remains on the leading edge of aesthetics, exploring new aesthetics treatments and bringing in those treatments that she feels will positively impact our clients’ lives.
